Packaging

At LAC SIM Co., magnet wires are supplied on high impact polystyrene plastic spools according to IEC standard. Depending on wire diameter, either cylindrical spool from diam. 125-160-200-250-350 mm or taper (conical) spools with diam. 160, 200, 250, 315, and 400 mm are used for winding up wire weight from 6.0 kg up to 150 kg.

In order to secure safe handling and delivery under optimum condition, after final spooling control each spool (only spools without shipping containers) is pre wrapped by hard paper folder before packing in carton whereas spools with shipping container do not need paper folder and cartoon packing.
